What is your impression of Esurance Auto Insurance?

Esurance is Just as good as any other do-it-yourself companies out there. They are A rated, solid, and honest. The problem comes at claim time, when you didn't know exactly which coverages you were buying, and then find out that something isn't covered the way you wanted it to be.If you're comfortable buying your insurance on your own, they are fine. 3 years ago Thanks.
